For this particular Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken from four different barrels and five different brews. Two thirds was brewed by ourselves, featuring only Pajottenland-grown cereals. More than 63% of the blend consists of three- and four-year old lambikken, rendering the weighted average age of this blend to more than 32 months on the moment of bottling. One of the barrels used was an Oloroso barrel from Fernandez-Gao.
