This specific Strawberry / Kriek has a final fruit intensity of 665 grams per liter, according to a ratio of 75% organic strawberries from Ferme Raspberry and 25% cherries. The macerations all happened on barrel.

Strawberry / Kriek fountains is obtained by successive maceration of strawberries and cherries. First there is a short maceration with strawberries, after which the strawberry lambic is used as the basis for a second macaration with cherries. In this way, the special fruit touch of strawberries is combined with the round mouthfeel of the cherries. The resulting fruit lambik is then further assembled with young lambic for further fermentation in the bottle. Natural fruit, without the addition of juices, syrups, or sugars.
